12 Moves of Christmas!

Hi lovelies!  I missed Workout Wednesday yesterday, but that doesn’t mean I forgot about you! :) I want to remind you to get mov’in!  I know during these cold winter months that it can be difficult to move, if you need some tips on how to stay motivated, read here.  Now that your motivated here are 12 moves, that are sure to get your heart rate up and get sweaty!   1. The 12 moves of Christmas looks like a great workout and one that can easily be done in your own house if it’s too cold to go outside!

  2. My only suggestion to add to your top notch exercise routine is to play some rock and rolling Christmas music in the background. Can’t just think of what that would be though. Love your blog.
