Hi lovelies! I am so sorry I have been M.I.A!!! Most of you that follow my blog, know from my last post that we had a surprise in the family, which took me away from my everyday life and responsibilities, while I spent time with family! It was an emotional time, but it was so nice to spend time with family and love on each other! So I appreciate you sticking around and waiting for me to come back. I didn’t even really have a chance to tell you I would be away from the blog for over a week! Well, I have some very exciting things in the works for Fashionably Living and I am excited to share these with you over the next several months! By the way what do you think of my new blouse? I hope you love my magenta stripe Banana Republic shirt as much as I do. I dressed it up a bit by pairing it with a pencil skirt and wearing one of my favorites Jessica Simpson shoes, because you know I love the bows! And of course I draped my neck with pearls, like usual!

Red Wedges

Happy Friday friends! First full week back at work since the Christmas holiday and I’m thankful the week is coming to an end! Today I bring you a look I totally forgot to post, silly me! I took these pics a couple weeks ago, after my husband and I took pictures for a family picture. Do you see a trend this past month, sweater dresses anyone? I told you I have a habit of wearing sweater dresses in the winter. This sweater dress is brand new as of December. It was a gift my mom bought me. I paired it with one of my favorite pairs of shoes in my closet! My red BCBG wedges! I have had these shoes for several years now and they still are one of my faves! When I took these pics it was getting dark outside and my husband and decided to move indoors. Enjoy!

Hi Lovelies! I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving! I had so much fun hanging out with my family, eating great food and decorating for Christmas all weekend long! My husband and I spent hours this past weekend, decorating the exterior of our house with Christmas lights, the interior of the house is almost finished being transformed into a Winter Wonderland. Stripes, Scarfs and Wedges Oh My!

Wow! What a week! My week ended Monday night! I worked pretty much non-stop all last week and into this past Monday! I needed Tuesday to catch up! Personal appointments (i.e. getting my hair done), working events til wee hours of the night, wedding activities, etc. consumed my week and I had so much fun despite the exhaustion. Oh and I am excited to show you all, my new hair! These pictures will not reflect my new “do” but I you will see it this week! Make it a great hump day!

I’ll have a Black and Tan, please!

Who doesn’t like a black and tan, a drink that is? But we all know I am not talking about a blend of pale ale and a dark beer! My whole outfit is black and tan, so I figured the name was fitting! Happy Hump Day! Today, doesn’t feel like a hump day to me, because I get to enjoy spending the evening with my husband celebrating our wedding anniversary!
