Day Trip
I hope you all had a fabulous 3 day weekend! I was lucky enough to have Friday off too, so I had a 4 day weekend which was much needed! Yesterday, our family took a fun day trip up North to get away for my brothers birthday! We had a lot of fun walking the shops and ate a fabulous dinner! Family time is so important, and I am so glad we were able to get away for the day! Have a fabulous short week!

Rachel Ashley

We are starting to settle down in our new place! Thank you for being patient with me, as these past couple summer months have been crazy for me! I am excited for the future and the great things God has planned for my husband and I! I can’t stay away from all you fabulous readers for too long. I am back to blogging and I am excited to share my new dress with you! For those of you who also live in a hot climate, you understand that trying to look fashionable can be difficult, when you feel like all you do is sweat! But what I love about dresses, and Maxi’s in particular is that they keep you cool, look fashionable, and are super comfortable! I have not worn these Coach wedges in years, but I thought they were perfect for this outfit. The accents of turquoise jewelry paired with the orange maxi are perfect for each other, don’t you think?!? Maxi’s and pretty much dresses in general are my go-to outfits, especially in these blazing hot summer months! What is your go-to outfit during these hot summer months?
Have a fabulous Friday and stay cool!

Rachel Ashley

Don’t worry, Fashionably Living is not going anywhere! I have been MIA from my blog, because my husband and I are moving! These past couple months have been crazy and the process of moving is always exhausting and takes a lot of hard work and planning. We are very excited and we know that God has great plans for our futures, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to give my full attention to Fashionably Living like I would like too. While we go through this moving process, adjusting and settling into our new home, I will continue to share my outfit posts, interior design projects and anything else that is currently tickling my fancy. Stayed tuned as I know this is going to be a great Fall!

Rachel Ashley

Happy Saturday! This summer has been crazy busy, a lot of changes going on in my household, but I can’t sacrifice summer style for my crazy life! I am obsessed with velvet loafers and Gap has just come out with an affordable pair! I have way too many dresses, but they are perfect in this summer heat! A little splash of orange, in accessories, is always good for everyone! Have a fabulous weekend!

Hamptons Style
I love the Hamptons! I have never been, but I already love them! There is something about this beachy New York destination that just speaks to me! Although the Hamptons can be known as pretincious, I think about the seafood beach shacks, great antique shopping, casual preppy style, polo matches, and amazing food and wine!
